  • Our "Login or Register" button takes Users to the Landing page.
  • From here you can select either:
    • - SELLER (Liner)
    • - BUYER (Forwarder)
  • Then on the next screen, the user can either Log in or Register for a new account.

This is the Liner's user dashboard. Here the Liner can:

  • - Import and update stock of TEU slots by voyage/port-pair/date for standard container types and sizes
  • - Review and accept or reject quote requests for non-standard containers
  • - Manage Bookings (BCN's)
  • - Use the EDI document exchange facility to exchange BCN documents with Forwarders
  • - Manage Discounts
  • - Manage Trading Terms
  • - Manage Authorised Users
  • - View and download Reports

SWiM GDS Forwarder's User Portal

 

This is the Forwarders user dashboard. Here the Forwarder can:

  • - Search and book TEU slots by Port-Pair and date or date range for standard container types and sizes
  • - Lodge quote requests for non-standard containertypes and sizes for Liners to respond with quotes
  • - Manage Bookings (BCN's)
  • - Use the EDI document exchange facility to exchange BCN documents with Liners
  • - Manage Balance Shift to amend previous bookings
  • - Manage Alternative Voyages to shift a booking to a different date with the same Liner
  • - Manage Authorised Users
  • - View and download Reports
